Ajinomoto Gyoza Launch - Taste the Hype

A celebration of Ajinomoto’s authentic hane-style gyoza as it makes its mark in the U.S. market. Already the #1 gyoza in Japan and a favorite among foodies in the know, our campaign invited everyone to join in on the hype—spotlighting cultural tastemakers and creators who embody the energy and authenticity of the brand.

I had the chance to be part of every stage of this deliciously creative process—from the messy but inspiring brainstorms to the final execution. I contributed to concept development, scriptwriting, music selection, and content creation. My work ranged from writing social posts and crafting a branded Ajinomoto “newspaper” for consumers to collaborating with producers and creative directors on video concepts.

The result? A campaign that celebrated culture, creativity, and of course, gyoza in all its crispy, flavorful glory.
